Social workers at SRCHC provide short-term counselling, case management and advocacy (both systemic and individual) to registered clients in our service area. Our social workers support clients with difficulties they identify including mental health challenges, current or past substance use, family and relationship stress, and living with chronic health conditions. Social workers can also refer individuals to services at other agencies for housing support, financial resources, legal concerns and settlement services.

Our social workers help clients discover their own strengths, work with them to find suitable solutions to their problems, and access resources in the community.
